A simple process, start to finish

You don't need design files, brand guidelines or any technical know-how. If you can take a photo of your menu, you can work with us.

  1. Send us an enquiry

    Fill in the quote request form or email us. Tell us a little about your business and what's bothering you about your current menu.

  2. Send your current menu or photos

    Whatever you have works: an editable file, a PDF, a photo or a screenshot. If your menu only exists laminated on the wall, a clear photo of it is all we need.

  3. We recommend the right package and quote

    We look at your menu's size and condition, recommend the package that actually fits, and confirm a fixed quote. No work starts until you've agreed to the price.

  4. First draft for review

    We send you a first draft of the cleaned-up menu. Look it over at your own pace: on your phone, at the counter, wherever you'd expect your customers to read it.

  5. Revisions

    Tell us what to adjust and we'll tidy it up. Each package includes its own revision rounds (one for a Clean-Up, two for everything else), and extra rounds are available if you need them.

  6. Final print-ready and digital files

    You receive the final files: a print-ready PDF and a digital, QR-friendly version. They're yours to keep, reprint and reuse.

Payment terms, kept simple

  • Jobs under $300 are paid upfront.
  • Jobs over $300 take a 50% deposit to start, then 50% before final files are released.
  • Printing is always quoted separately. We can coordinate it for you if you'd like.
  • Final files are released once payment is complete.
